How do I make a return?

If you have a pre-paid Returns label in your package, please use this to make the return. Some orders do not have the pre-paid label included, in this instance please use our Online Returns Service.

Simply affix the pre-paid return label to your package and drop the package at your nearest Post Office Drop Off/Collection centre. If you lose your pre-paid return label, or if you require additional assistance with your return, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

Is there a charge for making a return?

No. We offer a pre-paid return label free of charge through our online returns process.

 

Follow the steps below to generate your return online

 

1. Click the link below to register your return Spica UK Returns Form

 

2. After registering your return you will be presented a link to create a Free UK returns label with Royal Mail, once completed download and print.

 

Own a Printer? Please proceed to any local Post office or Delivery Office

 

Don't own a Printer?

Not a problem, you can contact Spica UK customer Service team Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm via email and request a label be issued in the post that can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Alternatively, you can take to any Royal Mail Delivery Office who can print your label on your behalf.

 

Rest of world

If your order is not 100% satisfactory you may return it within 28 days of receipt. It is recommended that orders are sent fully tracked to ensure your order arrives safely.

3. Place your order within a secure box or mailing bag including all original packaging & Invoices and seal securely, Once done attach the printed returns label.
